Extratime Easter Holiday Scheme 2021
The deadline to apply has now passed. To be added to our mailing list for future schemes email [email protected]
As Sam outlined in her update on 12.02.20, safely re-opening and welcoming everyone back to physical Extratime services as soon as we possibly can is our priority. This includes running the usual Easter holiday schemes, subject to the announcements the government makes in the coming weeks.
With this in mind, we are very keen to move forward with the booking process.
If you would like your child/young person to attend our Easter holiday scheme please can you complete the online booking form by 9am on Monday 1st March. You can access our forms here:
Brighton & Hove - Easter 2021
West Sussex - Easter 2021
When you’re completing the form you will see that venues for Portslade Play, Woodys Play and West Sussex schemes are TBC at the moment. We’re hoping to finalise these as soon as possible and will let you know once we have venues confirmed.
We also want to understand how we can make future holiday scheme booking arrangements better for you, so there are a few questions at the end of the booking form where you can share your thoughts.
The ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic means there are a couple of other changes to our usual booking process:
- At this stage we’re not able to indicate the number of sessions we’ll be able to offer each child/young person. This will depend on how many families want places plus the latest government guidance, COVID-19 safety measures, venues and staffing levels.
- You may see that we haven’t included a date for issuing booking confirmations. We hope to do this in mid-March, but the exact date will depend on the points above being clarified. We understand how important it is for families to know session dates so you can plan for the holiday, so will let you know if we think it may be later than mid-March.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through these points.
We appreciate some families haven’t been to Extratime since before the COVID pandemic and may want to know more about the measures we have in place to keep everyone safe. As you’d expect, our established COVID safety protocols (bubbles, masks, cleaning etc) will be in place at all schemes. You can read the risk assessments here: Resources & Reports
I hope this is all clear but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Many thanks and best wishes
Rebecca.
