Sophy is Venue Lead for Youth Services, overseeing Extratime’ s weekly term time Grub Club, Youth Club and Holiday schemes at Portslade and Woodingdean. She has worked at Extratime for 9 years, first as a play worker, than supervisor at Hill Park (Hillside) after school club before her current role.

Sophy has worked as a specialist teaching assistant for 8 years at Hill Park (Hillside) and Downs Park Schools, working predominately in the ASC classes. She now works at Downs View Link College and is the behaviour lead for both college sites.

When Sophy isn’t at work she enjoys various different sports such as Netball and going to Festivals and gigs. In the summer you may spot her floating out at sea in a kayak pretending to be a pirate!
