If you are looking for flexible working arrangements and the chance to make a big difference to children, young people and their families then joining Extratime as a Bank Worker could be the perfect fit.
Bank Workers are only contacted when shifts in our term time clubs become available due to holidays, sickness or planned absences such as maternity leave. This enables flexible working arrangements and means Bank Workers are not obliged to take shifts we offer them.
You will need to be enthusiastic, creative, energetic, enjoy working in a busy environment and have some experience of working with children and young people, ideally including those with additional needs. The role can include providing personal care and support to the children and young people, for example help with eating/drinking and personal hygiene.
What can you expect?
We pay up to £10.05 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
We’ll also support you in building your skills and experience by providing regular on-the-job coaching and feedback, as well as offering training. Additional Holiday Scheme work is also available during school holidays.
How do I apply?
All applicants are required to submit an application form (CVs are not accepted) and please note that due to the volume of applications we may only respond to those who are shortlisted for interview.
All job offers are subject to satisfactory references, proof of your right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
