Youth Club Workers

Home / Youth Club Workers

Our Youth Club is aimed at young people with additional needs between the ages of 13 and 25. By joining our great Youth Club team you will be making a huge difference to the young people who attend and their families, as well as having fun and learning new skills.

You will need to be enthusiastic, creative, energetic, enjoy working in a busy environment and have some experience of working with children and young people, ideally including those with additional needs. The role can include providing personal care and support to the young people, for example help with eating/drinking and personal hygiene.

What can you expect?

Our Youth Club runs from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm every Wednesday.  We pay up to £10.05 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

We’ll also support you in building your skills and experience by providing regular on-the-job coaching and feedback, as well as offering training.  Additional Holiday Scheme work is also available during school holidays

How do I apply?

All applicants are required to submit an application form (CVs are not accepted) and please note that due to the volume of applications we may only respond to those who are shortlisted for interview.

All job offers are subject to satisfactory references, proof of your right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
